Hello! I’m Cam ~

As you may have noticed I’m a film student, and I’ve been a fan of films since I was about 9 (The Lord of the Rings was the big “awakening”, per se). Currently, I’ve completed a Bachelor of Arts (Film Production).

At Uni I’ve honed my skills in writing, directing, cinematography, sound design, and a bit of editing with major crew roles of writer, director and cinematographer that I’ve performed on various sets.

I’d like to think of myself as a storyteller with knowledge and skills in each department, but with a speciality in writing and directing (I know, how original).

I love stories and I love telling stories, and I enjoy myself with any role in a film’s production because of the collaboration and the chats about crazy ideas that just might work.

Outside of work, I love watching and engaging with films, TV shows, and video games, breaking them down (or listening to people break them down) and figuring out how they work and what I could do.

I love hanging out with my friends and my loved ones as they give me the fire to pursue these stories and career opportunities, support me along the way, and give me story ideas to tell.

Which is funny because out of uni I don’t have a job, so hey, if you’re reading this congrats on getting this far and I’m also looking for a job so I hope you’ve liked what you’ve read and maybe we’ll get in contact.

Either way, I’m going to continue being inspired by the people in my life and tell those stories to the world.
