It is my pleasure to introduce myself as Christian Ronning, and I am delighted that you are interested in what I have to say. Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I am a student at the University of Canberra pursuing a Bachelor of Communication and Media in Corporate and Public Communication. This has been an unforgettable experience learning about the communication and media industry. As a result of this experience, I have gained a more thorough understanding of a new career path that I would like to pursue.

As a result of my experience at the university and my involvement in this transaction, I have developed a broader understanding of the role of a communications and media specialist. My experience includes marketing campaigns, website development, social media campaigns, and brand marketing strategies.

My background includes commercial kitchen management and restaurant management. I am highly conscientious, highly productive, and well-organised. I have extensive culinary expertise and have demonstrated the ability to manage food services for a diverse and international customer base. I also have the ability to effectively communicate with teams, clients, and stakeholders at all levels and build productive and lasting relationships.

It is necessary to combine communication and media skills with culinary skills in order to accomplish this goal. The experience has taken me in a completely different direction in my career, however I intend to continue working in the hospitality industry. It is my ambition to become a food critic. The goal of my career is to work for organisations that promote the food industry and the business of those organisations. A variety of businesses are included, including Foodservice Australia, Bocuse d’Or Academy Australia, the Australian Culinary Federation, and the Le Cordon Bleu Institute.
