Clinical Trials Support Unit - Logo Design

Clinical Trials Support Unit - Logo Design

Before taking on this project, the Clinical Trials Support Unit (CTSU) at Canberra hospital had minimal to no brand presence. In conjunction with a small group of university students, we were tasked with developing a unique and recognisable logo for the CTSU unit. The brandmark was required to stand apart from pre-existing government logos as well as reflect directly on the CTSU’s core values, location and their intentions for helping others. The overall goal was to create a distinct brand presence usable for all marketing collateral purposes both internally and externally.

Horizon Magazine - Publication Design

Horizon Magazine - Publication Design

‘Horizon Magazine’ is a publication inspired by the neon-futuristic style designs found commonly throughout many forms of media during the eighties. Horizon Magazine showcases all forms of pop culture from the year 1982 with a heavy focus on the media and technology of the year. The stylistic choices found throughout the publication closely resemble the notions of retro-futurism with inspiration derived from shows and movies such as ‘Tron’, ‘Futurama’ and ‘Knight Rider’. The various backgrounds, page titles and edited images were all created solely for use in this fictional publication.
