Architecture, 2021

Before discovering the field of architecture, I had explored almost every other field of art and design: landscape, abstract, portrait, still art in different mediums. Textiles, woodworks, metal works, graphic design, photography, event styling, floristry, cake d├ęcor, but I could never hold on to one for long. Then came interior design, environmental and landscape design, and architecture. I aspire to become an architect for the chance to make people feel and bring just that little bit of happiness in their busy lives.

I am currently studying a double degree in the Bachelor of Built Environment (Architecture) and the Bachelor of Built Environment (Interior Architecture). I find myself drawn to architectural works that follow a theme of any kind, and how spaces connect to the public realm with fluid flowing circulation.

If I am not in the architecture studio, you will probably find me at a dance studio, either dancing or teaching the younger ages. I am the girl who dances to the music in her head and fights to place her creative imprint in the world in hopes of making it a happier place!

I'm looking for a job.

Pods of Program - Graduation Studio

Through the subtraction and addition of the site, an experimental arts space arises within Pods of program. Underground movement provides private spaces, leading to the focal point at the central point of the site. Pods of transition with layered thresholds extends and attracts from a distance. The integration of the catalyst space is a smaller civic community within a large civic plane, with focus on the sunken court that the Pods protectively encompass.
