Gordon Dang
Visual Communication Design, 2022
My name is Gordon and I’m finishing my degree in Visual Communications at the University of Canberra!
I’m confident in creating logos, marketing material as well with video and photo editing. I have had experience working in a professional space at a marketing firm at OPF Consulting. Where I had to design marketing material for a variety of clients.
Studying Visual Communication Design at UC allowed me to create different types of design material which allowed me to handle different styles and content thus giving me a versatile skill set. I’ve designed brochures and posters for an Afghan youth program, created a style guide for a property housing company as well as redesigned existing brands to fit within the modern market.
As well with creation. I got the opportunity to do simulated client work at UC as well with actual client work at OPF. Working with others allowed me to demonstrate my teamwork and communication abilities among a variety of people. I’ve worked with other graphic designers, web designers, communication and marketing consultants. This allows me to improve my adaptation skills to new situations and environments.
I'm looking for a job.
