Site birds eye perspective
Hybrid zone is an experimental project which aims to study formal and organizational techniques to develop a vast site along Northbourne Avenue. The varied array of program is elevated above ground level to allow for an organic circulation, which will connect private and public spaces and allow for these spaces to be publicly activated from the nearby residential complexes. The different programmatic volumes are each orchestrated to appear heterogeneous while relating to each other through a publicly unified circulatory system.
