Underground Public Plaza 3rd Year Architecture
The underground public plaza has aimed in its design to take the flow of circulation from nearby and transform it into form. These ideas of circulation assisted with the positioning of the volume to help recreate these movements. The volumes are extruded from underground creating a public plaza below where people can roam around and enter the performance areas. People can also flow around the facade of the building above in a more open area. The facade of the building is a white sheet metal which portrays the idea of the building being light and makes you want to flow around the building.
