Joseph Kindermann

Joseph Kindermann is a graduating Creative Writing student based in Canberra, with a breadth major in Culture and Heritage. As a writer he specialises in speculative/genre fiction, in particular fantasy and horror. Over the course of his degree he has had multiple works published, including ‘Blood in the Ring‘ in Curieux’s Issue 1 – 2021 magazine, and ‘Hunter‘ in UC’s First Anthology 2023, ‘Decomposition’. He is currently working on his first novel, which served as the basis for the major work of his capstone unit.

Aside from creative writing, Joseph has worked on several Culture and Heritage related projects, including researching and curating content for the Play On! Exhibition held on UC, as well as volunteering in accessioning objects from the University’s First Nation’s collection.
