My name is Lotta and I am working towards completing a double degree of visual communications and marketing. The double degree has given me the opportunity to gain skills across both disciplines as well as explore the importance and connection they have to one another.
My interests are in the UX/UI area where I can apply my graphic design skills, engage with users and be involved throughout the design and development process. I am currently working in the APS as a UX designer which has given me the opportunity to apply my skills, work in a professional setting and engage with clients and stakeholders across the organisation. 
I am passionate about helping the community, conducting user research and ensuring my design meets the needs of users.

Infographic

Infographics help people understand data and statistics about various topics. They contain visuals along with minimal writing to convey information in a way which is easy to understand.  The aim of the task was to create an infographic to appeal to a mass audience. The infographic needed to be visually appealing, easy to understand and convey data which told a story. Having only facts on a page is not enough to draw people in and think that they will understand the poster.

For many, Bunnings can be overwhelming and when a product is hard to find, it can create a negative feelings. Through research consisting of data collection and circulation analysis, it was evident that Bunnings needed to improve their in store experience through an interactive wayfinding system which then connects to users phones allowing them to find products easily.
