Service System Blueprint
"Service System Blueprint" was created to explain the fundamental concepts of service systems. I designed in a service system format how the store Lorna Jane functions using its frontage, backstage, internal, and external stakeholder processes.

Service System Wellbeing
The brief extracts the key components of what makes a service system appeal to a consumer by analysing how wellbeing is effected. The service systems of Lorna Jane and Vodafone are compared to reflect areas where added-value can be optimised and where transformation is necessary.
