South East Axonometric.

An image of my project looking north west from Northbourne Avenue. A podium and towers sit suspended over the remainder of the scheme. This project was an exploration of hybridity, and sought to investigate the possibilities of mixed use residential / commercial towers while confronting the challenge of a mall and public realm removed from the ground plane.

Northbourne Avenue Elevation - Night.

The Podium and Towers at night. The project is able to operate as an autonomous object, with spaces for work, play, residence, public life, and servicing all located within.

Park, Social Condenser, and Mall.

Park, Social Condenser, and Mall.

An image of the park which sits at the top of my podium level and serves as the main social condenser for the scheme. The scheme incorporates an open air mall which acts as the podium of the towers, and provides servicing and public space for residence and those working within.

Building Sections

A long and short section of the project, showing the main structural and circulation cores which support and service both the podium and towers. These drawings also demonstrate the open nature of the podium mall and the complex circulatory system of the scheme which transports users from the ground level up and through the megastructure.
