Print Production
Gilroy was published in 2016 by Radomir Tinkov. The modern sans serif type family expresses a bold geometric voice and consists of 20 variant weights. Showcasing Gilroy in a type specimen aimed to produce a physical interactive experience. The design includes the type family printed on vellum paper, this provided a visual representation of the x-heigh qualities layered on top of one another. The cover demonstrations the geometric personality of Gilroy, with circular cut outs that allow the vibrant blue underneath to grab the audience’s attention.

Data Visualisation
Inspired by the recent news events of space spec landing in the middle of farms, I decided to produce an infographic that would exhibit the space activity just beyond our atmosphere. The target audience is presented with visualisations that insinuate ‘space’, encouraging an ease of familiarity and curiosity to gaze further. The data presented reflects NASA’s close approach excel sheets, accessible through the QR. The customised typography header radiates space, enhancing that familiarity within the target audience. Silica cloth is found within spaceships and the idea behind printing this infographic on cloth was to bring that element of exploration and voyaging.

Logo Design
I received the opportunity to produce a logo design for RD Consulting’s 2023 O’week event. The client desired a logo that would be transferable over the years and bring easy recognition behind it. To produce a logo that was unique and expressed the personality of RD Consulting a customise typeface was constructed. This typeface is simplistic yet bold, allowing for the variation of yearly themes and applications to be easily achievable. The theme of 2023’s O’week event was street style. The logo was printed out on transparent paper and 2023 was spray-painted on. To represent the theme further the transparent printed logo would be displayed on a graffitied background around the office.

Packaging
For someone who does not have a green thumb, I wanted to grow my own herbs. Upon viewing the marketing for seeds and gardening equipment, the cost of materials was getting extreme and none of the planting designs took my fancy. This sparked the creation of my sustainable herb garden kit. This kit features removable sides that contain the seeds and signage. The care instructions and soil are found inside the packaging. The idea of the removable sides was to reduce wastage and bring an innovative personalised gardening experience.
