Ricky Kyi Pay
Global Studies, 2021
I am currently in my final year towards my Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies degree. Becoming a community worker is my primary goal in undertaking this course. Coming from a refugee background, I have gained insight into understanding and effectively communicating with disadvantaged people through my experience. I hope to make a difference in an underprivileged community once I graduate.
My most substantial area of research is community development. Research on the cause and finding an alternative solution has been one domain I have been fascinated with. Overall, graduating from this course will give me the essential skills and theoretical knowledge to push me further in achieving my dream job.
Apart from everything else, I like being active. Watching movies, cooking and playing soccer are things I enjoy doing in my spare time.
I'm looking for a job.
