Tori Guglielmin
Interior Architecture, 2021
My design philosophy has always steamed from the core beliefs of the user’s intent. From here I pursue in creating spaces that relate back to the clients needs and wants to construct an interesting, interactive, and inspiring environment. I see interior design as a creative expression of oneself within a space that can impact or shift one’s emotions through colours, textures, and shapes. Interior design is the perfect opportunity to express my creativity through a functional, interesting, and innovative approach

Selected Portfolio

Lellow Library - Entry Seating
The library interior overall has a sophisticated approach upon the entries, with its muted hues and elegant finishes. The adult seating area at entry has an organic shaped rug mirrored above with circular acoustic panels forming the perfect comforting hideaway for the adults to enjoy whilst still having view of the children from afar.

Lellow Library - Tiered Seating
A central tiered seating is the heart of the library formed by organic shaping and masses that piece together to create seats and hidden book storage. The tiered seating can be used as a place to interact or to separate oneself with the varied seat heights and textured coloured carpet underneath, establishing a space that allures the user with its many different functions.

Lellow Library - Courtyard (The Den)
The den takes on a new and exciting approach, with its green hues and textures. Herringbone timber flooring paired with terrazzo tables and white bricks on the walls combined with adult and children seating and lounge and practical seating options.

Lellow Library - Exhibition (Australian Journey)
An exhibition consisting of an assortment of prints by Mem fox from 'I’m Australian Too' including initial thoughts, sketches, and final book images. The exhibition is establishes through pivoting screens and three enclosed boxes built at full height. The perspective above introduces moving visual displays, sliders and cut outs for collectables, in the first box constructed of cork.
